NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Two men will no longer face trial for a set-up murder.

DPP Garvin Garvin issued a nolle prosequi in the conspiracy to commit murder trial of Patrickedo Rose and Rashad Sullivan.

The men were facing a retrial for the November 25, 2012 murder of Dario “China” Knowles after the Court of Appeal quashed their convictions and 30-year sentences in 2019.

Prosecutors alleged that Knowles was shot dead at Lincoln Boulevard after he was brought there by two women.

The women allegedly went into a house and left Knowles in the car, where he was shot by two men.
