Girlfriend Of Abaco Murder Victim Speaks Out
ABACO, BAHAMAS – The girlfriend of the 24-year-old man who was gunned down outside his Abaco home earlier this week is speaking out.
ABACO, BAHAMAS – The girlfriend of the man who was gunned down outside his Abaco home earlier this week is speaking out.
24-year-old John Joseph was gunned down outside his Bahama Coral home on Monday.
Police say a lone gunman approached Joseph and shot him multiple times before escaping in a black Japanese vehicle.
His girlfriend of almost 5 years remembers him as her breath of fresh air.
22-year-old Alexes Denoye says they met in October 2018 and instantly hit it off.
She says Joseph was never a violent person, which makes his murder even more of a senseless act.
As the community comes together to remember him, she says those memories keep her going.
She says for years, boating was his passion.
