Man Arraigned for 2016 Grand Bahama Murder

GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – After almost seven years, a man was officially arraigned in Grand Bahama on Wednesday for the death of Tashad Barr.

At the time of his death he was in his early twenties.

Forty-five-year-old Jaret Pinder appeared in the Magistrate’s Court and was represented by attorney Paco Deal.

Barr, who would have been celebrating a birthday on February 22^nd, was killed in the wee hours of the morning at the Les Fountain Plaza on East Sunrise Highway in Freeport on August 6th, 2016.

Pinder was not required to enter a plea, bail was denied and he was remanded to prison until May 5th 2023.
