Football

Now on to some college football, The Bahamas Bowl will have to be called the something-else bowl, at least for this year.

The bowl game’s organizers announced that the 2023 edition will not be played in The Bahamas.

The organizers of The Bahamas Bowl have announced that the 2023 game will not be played in The Bahamas.

In an email to the press yesterday, ESPN Vice President of Events, Clint Overby stated that because of ongoing repairs to the Thomas A. Robinson Stadium, a number of alternate sites are being considered for the post-season bowl game and that the game will return to The Bahamas in 2024.

As always, a team from the conference USA will take on a team from the Mid-American Conference. The announcement on the game’s location is forthcoming.
