NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A top International Monetary Fund official is calling on Caribbean leaders to continue focusing on climate risks and impacts on the financial sector.

IMF Deputy Managing Director Bo Li, speaking at the 59th bi-annual meeting of CARICOM Central Bank Governors, says it’s vital they become knowledgeable.

Among the topics tackled was climate change, economic resilience, digital financial services and regional priorities and challenges.
