NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Bahamas Public Services Union members are expected to see their increments by their September salaries according to Union President Kimsley Ferguson.

The union recently expressed concern after it was revealed that a number of its members did not receive the increments laid out by the industrial agreement.

After meeting with the government, he is expecting the matter to be resolved soon.

State Minister for the Public Service Pia Glover-Rolle recently said if any public servant was left out of the payment it was due to queries with their status and needed to be addressed separately.

She noted the number was very small.
