NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Bishop Arthur Evans and Pastor Samantha Evans have been working with at-risk teens for over a decade now. Pastor Samantha, as chaplain of the Willie Mae Pratt Center for Girls, sees firsthand what can lead to these teen runaways. The initial prognosis: it’s not a one-size-fits-all scenario.

There are two more recent cases which are raising a lot of questions. Firstly, the ongoing missing case of 16-year-old Devin Isaacs, last seen by relatives on May 15 but recently spotted on CCTV. Then the bizarre case of young Matthew Tyrson Brave in Eleuthera, captured by police as he tried to flee when approached.
