COP: Criminals Removing VIN Number from Stolen Vehicles
Police Commissioner Clayton Fernander told Rotarians of the Club Nassau group that criminals are not only stealing vehicles – mostly Japanese models – but they are covering or in many instances, removing the VIN Number and then reselling the vehicles with new plates.
