Man Acquitted Of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse With A 14-Year-Old Girl
NASSAU, BAHAMAS –
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 21-year-old man has been acquitted of unlawful sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl he allegedly met on Facebook.
Nathaniel Pedro Moss was found not guilty by an 8-to-1 jury verdict following a trial before Justice Jeannine Weech-Gomez.
The case stemmed from a September 2023 incident in New Providence, where prosecutors alleged Moss lured the teenager to his home under the pretence of watching Netflix before sexually assaulting her.
Moss maintained his innocence throughout the trial.
