Western Air Expands To Ft. Lauderdale

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Starting next month, South Florida travellers will have one more travel option. A domestic airline is getting ready to add an international stop to its service.

In a post-Covid market, Western Air is keeping a busy schedule and that return includes expanded service.

Come May 19th, Western Air will be operating two daily flights to Ft. Lauderdale – a favorite destination with Bahamians.

VP of Operations Rexy Rolle led the year-long process to get the domestic airline ready to crack the international market.
